HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Type of Recipe: Frozen Desserts

Difficulty: Easy

List of Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Homogenized milk
Lots of ripe strawberries, crushed

Directions:
Combine eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Add condensed milk and evaporated milk. Crush strawberries and sweeten to taste Add to above mixture and mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer and fill to fill line with homogenized milk. Stir well and freeze. Makes 4 quarts.
